As a dance practitioner with a strong educational background and expertise in various techniques, I offer a diverse range of classes including Dance Fitness sessions. My passion for dance stems from its ability to serve as a powerful outlet for creative expression. Embracing a holistic perspective, I view dance as a medium for aligning the Mind, Body, and Soul and Self Awareness. Facilitating a deeper connection with oneself through the Art of Dance.

Dance is for all ages, I especially love working with kids to encourage them to tap into their creative field of self-awareness through movement!

HEALTH

Learn Health as a Lifestyle

Health is not linear; we can no longer read a book that is going to tell us what we need as a specific individual. When it comes to the bodies health we need to go inward, to explore what lights the body up and what doesn’t. This includes foods, exercise for your body, filling up your cup, environment and technology. Emphasizing the importance of listening to the body throughout the entire process.

Providing educational health tips and ways to find balance so that you are able to live in harmony with your body on this Earth. Health is for all ages; one can never be too old or too young to embark on a journey with health.

I provide both 1:1 sessions and group sessions, catering to the clients preferences.

Health and Movement is at the core of our philosophy, and I offer a holistic approach that is gentle on the body, ensuring that each person can engage in a routine that nurtures both their physical and mental well-being.
